• You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works of the App's content without permission.
• User-generated content (if any) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it within the App and for promotional purposes.

7. PREMIUM FEATURES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

7.1 SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

• Some features require a premium subscription with enhanced functionality.
• Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

Premium subscriptions provide access to:

• All avatars, backgrounds, and card designs
• No advertisements
• Unlimited adventure lives
• Unlimited hints and undos
• Advanced statistics
• Custom themes
• Private multiplayer rooms (Quarterly and Yearly plans)

7.2 AUTO-RENEWAL

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

All prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU residents may also have certain mandatory rights under their local consumer protection laws.
